You may also give via a stock transfer. It's easy to make a tax-deductible gift through appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual fund shares. Your tax deduction will be based on the full market value of the securities at the time of transfer and the gift will avoid capital gains taxes. You may designate your gift to a particular campus or program area or allow Noble Street to determine the area of greatest need.

Gifts of all sizes cover important costs:    

  • $50 pays for art supplies for one student for the whole year
  • $100 provides healthy breakfast and lunch for one student for the whole year
  • $150 pays for one bus to transport Noble students to do community service around Chicago
  • $250 provides a set of books for an after-school literature circle
  • $500 pays for a student to attend a local summer program on a college campus
  • $1000 pays for technology, including a projector, audio/visual equipment and wireless access, in one classroom
  • $1500 provides team uniforms for fifteen student athletes 
  • $2000 pays for the debate team or robotics team to travel to an out-of-state competition
