Historically, Noble Street’s teacher turnover is about 10% annually. Since the replication effort began, this number has risen slightly, partially due to the fact that teachers and administrators have left one Noble campus to join the founding staff of a new one.
100% of teachers access professional development each year. Teachers often make presentations to their peers for professional development. Noble Street encourages and supports teachers pursuing National Board Certification, and several have achieved this laudable goal. Noble Street Charter School teachers are regular winners of Teacher Incentive Grants from the Oppenheimer Family Foundation.
